Description
Microwave:
Remove a frozen Kulcha from its packaging, cover it with a damp paper towel or a microwave-safe lid to retain moisture. Place it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until it is soft and heated through. Remove the Kulcha from the microwave and serve hot. For best results place it in the microwave steaming bag so that it stays soft and moist and do not dry out during the heating process.
Pan:
Take a frozen Lahori Kulcha from the packet and place it on the pre-heated non-stick pan (tawa) for 2 to 3 minutes and rotate until its golden, using a spatula carefully flip the Kulcha and heat for additional 1 to 2 minutes until it is soft and warmed through. Serve hot.
